Returns Policy
We can exchange for change of mind and wrong size purchases within 21 days of delivery.
Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on individual circumstances.
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned.
How to return:
1. Email us for approval
Send us an email returns@gashfactory.com to obtain a RA (Return Authorisation) Number and return address details.
Please include the reason for the return or exchange and we will accomodate as best we can.
Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval.
2. Post
Pack your return in a secure package with original tags and return to your local Post Office. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured and/or registered post as GASH is not liable for lost return parcels.
3. Process
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the refund or exchange within 5 working days.
Deliveries to Australian destinations are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed to you shortly after dispatch.
It is our discretion to post with or without signature on delivery, depending on the destination and size of the article being posted.
If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditional delivery restrictions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection. You will be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.
